Getting BetterThe color was a bit darker than expected but it did cover the gray where I applied it correctly. I thought I would receive the golden highlight set as well but it wasn't included and I'm not sure if on purpose. I did meantime, order another products to bring out the gold tones and I add a ballayage set to my next order thinking that's what I need to lighten the lower part of my hair vs the roots. Leider keine GrauabdeckungGrundsätzlich ist die Haarfarbe sehr schön. Durch die zwei Schritte zeitaufwendig. Hätte mich vom Grunde her überhaupt nicht gestört, nur ist es natürlich extrem ärgerlich wenn die grauen Haare, wofür es gedacht ist nicht abgedeckt werden 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Delivered fast and nice custom packagingYes, it go delivered in less than a week. And yes i love that every bottle had my name on it. But, they don’t tell you that everything you need to get your custom color, cost EXTRA money. I bought the color i wanted. I wanted to go from dark brown, to light ash brown….. the hair dye made my hair look DARKER. I asked my friends and family and they all agreed with me. I really wanted to try to since they said it’s better quality than the box hair dyes. Yes, it’s prettier and more custom. But the color is the same as a box…. Shows one picture but when you dye your hair it doesn’t come out like the picture…. So then i looked around the website and i needed to buy lighter to lighten my hair…. And then i wanted highlights….. ALL those were additional charges that was not made clear. I’m just going to go to Sally’s. Or buy box hair dye. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. This product is the BOMB!I have never been happy with a hair color product - ever ! Until now. They matched my color perfectly, gave me advice, and it looks so natural. It did not sting or smell bad, it didn’t turn my hair orange, and it completely covered the gray ! Amazing colour. Would not be without it now.I have been colouring my hair through esalon for a few years and have always been delighted.
