5 star potential!Loved the kit, easy to use with clear instructions and every tool you need. My only gripe was that the product did not effectively cover my grays. However in contacting customer service I was given a solution and am excited to try again with my next kit. The level of customer service I received was fantastic, kudos to esalon for that. Tolle Farbe bin begeistertHabe durch Zufall den eSalon gefunden und dachte mir probiere es aus. Wurde professionell beraten und meine Farbe gefunden, heute kam sie an und so gleich getestet. Bin begeistert ein schöner Farbton und die Haare fühlen sich fantastisch an. Da dem Set alles beigefügt wurde was man benötigt, war es ein Kinderspiel. Have used--but now they won't send or sell me my color. RidiculousI have really liked eSalon, but I collected color faster than I could use it so i stopped ordering for a few months. But I loved my color (after some adjustment). I went to re-order--and they won't let me re-order my color. I have to start all over, create a new profile, etc. Why? All my information is in my account, and none of it has changed. So why do I have to start over, risk not getting the color I want again, and all that? I reached out to customer support, and the agent basically said nothing they can do--they refuse to sell me my existing color again. What company behaves this way?!
