My hair is now purpleI did answer the questions about my hair color being dark brown with auburn highlights and I sent a picture of myself. What I received was dark brown mahogany. I had qualms about using it because of the word mahogany but there were so many wonderful reviews that I thought: what could go wrong? So, I trusted the color experts and colored my hair on Sunday. What I ended up with was very dark brown hair with purple. I'm so upset that I don't want to go out of the house. I trusted that my picture alone would have told this colorists that my hair was brown and Auburn like I had said. I absolutely hate giving negative reviews but I want anyone reading this to be very careful in answering and using the product that they are sent. How is purple related to auburn? I'm too trusting. I can't believe I did this. The only reason I gave two stars is because my hair is shiny now, the boxing was very professional the instructions were wonderful and everything was first rate except the color choice I received. Color doesn’t work on me I guess?I was given a second free color to try since my first box didn’t work. I even tried to go with a more extreme color hoping that would help. The color could not cover my grey hairThe color could not cover my grey hair. I called the customer service and someone sent me a permanent color which not only did not work but kind of bleached my hair to a lighter shade than my natural dark brown color. I aso found myself lost a lot of hair whenever I washed my hair. Plese cancel my order and refund me the money I paid. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!My colorist contacted me about sending her a recent pic because I haven't ordered in a while, and she wanted to make sure I got the correct formula. I didn't get around to it.....so sorry:(. She sent me what I have been getting in the past anyway. The good news is that it is PERFECT! It's been a while since I've colored my hair. I have health problems, and I just cannot do it by myself much of the time, so my hair was VERY blonde with just a little strawberry blonde mixed in. I always worry about hair color for redheads because so many of them look harsh, brassy and unnatural on older women. This one looks completely natural. Absolutely no one suspects a dye job! I've loved this product since the first time I used it, and I haven't been disappointed since. I will continue to use this product as long as I am able. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't come with the colorist to apply it:). P.S. I also got one of the LONGEST admiring stares that I have gotten in a LONG time when I went to town today. Amazingly beautifulESalon, helped me tremendously, I tried a new color and it was not as it showed on the box. So I looked on line for help in resolving my "Red hair" I answered some questions and eSalon was able to make a mix solution to fix the my boxed color from the local store and it turned out perfect and the color I wanted. 2 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
