Not a pleasant surpriseFirst of all it makes me angry each time, that the color is only for roots. I don’t want to do roots only, I do not have technique for that, it gets messy. Last two times I was starting with roots but ended with color on all hair. Although it was nice and I was happy, this time it went wrong. I don’t know how can this be same mix as always. Great customer service!I had a problem with a color. Wasn’t happy so I emailed eSalon. They immediately fixed it and checked back to make sure I was happy. So happy I found this company back in 2020. Rich warm colorI have been using e- salon color for a while now. Before I was using Madison reed. After the pandemic, they got stingy with the accessories they would normally send & sloppy with the packaging, so I decided to try e- salon. I am very happy I did! I love that they are so concerned & helpful when mixing your personal hair color. I had been using one with a different tone to it but wasn't really happy with it. They asked many questions & had me send them pics so they could see what I was trying to describe. Well I asked for a different color tone & they got it exactly right! I love my new color! And it is so easy to use. My hair is pretty short so it only takes 10 minutes to put on. The kit they send is so neatly packed & they personalize it with my name on it. I was hestitate but went for it.I was so happy with my first order. When it arrived and said black I waited 3 weeks before using because I usually do my hair dark brown and was afraid to go black.
