Leider nicht so wie erwartetGenerell sehr schönes Konzept, schnelle Beratung und Versand, sowie sehr einfache Handhabung: top! Leider sind meine Haare ziemlich dunkel geworden mit dem Produkt, ganz besonders in den Längen, obwohl ich die Anweisungen sehr genau befolgt habe. Zudem fand ich den Geruch sehr penetrant und aggressiv - weiß aber nicht, ob da sehr viel zu machen ist. My Colorist Nailed It!All I can say is wow! Over the last year, I have been having my hair done at the salon again but as things go, things change. It was time to go back to my tried and true eSalon and I am so glad I did!! My color changed and not only did my colorist make sure she had the right info, I even received a phone call to chat about the changes. Well, to say I was impressed is an understatement. What's more is that with a couple of pictures and some conversation, she created a color for my roots that was SPOT ON! And like most women, I am picky about my color. I was floored at the results! Blue black awesomeMy first order got lost from the post office. I made a report and my color was resent. I got my color and followed the instructions and wooow...I'm impressed. I got the blue black. Second Time's the Charm!Ordered the first time, and got an email saying I chose a color that would be too light, so they chose a darker color for me, with the promise of if I didn't like it, I would get a new color for free. My color likes to pull a lot of red when colored, which I had stated, and I have a lot of grays. My first color was more coppery than I had hoped, and my grays didn't get covered well. My stylist adjusted my color and it is GREAT! The copperyness was taken away, and my grays were almost completely covered, and it so closely matches my natural color. I don't think I'll ever go back to the dye I used before. I love having it shipped right to me and I love that I was listened to. At first, I wasn't sure since they changed the color I had chosen, but it actually felt like they were looking out for me and what is best for my hair. I'm also a bit messy when I do it, and I use the stain guard, but still kind of get it everywhere. I love the stain remover, but it also doesn't seem to stain my skin. I also love that I don't have to worry that I'm going to run out of the dye before getting all of my hair (I have very thick hair). Grey's did not takeAfter only two weeks, my greys turned red rather than staying brown. I have lots of grey at my part and I used the special pre-color spray for the grey hair. At first, I loved the color, but it didn't last at all. I am extremely red at my part. I have only used the product once and loved the texture of my hair, but the color needs to last longer. Bad cover, messy application and lots of waste. Not vegan either!I was initially happy with this because I loved the colour but now that my hair has settled I definitely think my roots look darker. I followed the instructions and did the root section first but actually I wish I hadn’t as I’ve never had this problem before with home dyes. I feel like I need to dye it again now but I don’t want to hurt my hair with the extra dye. It was also incredibly messy! The shower unit was covered due to the last stage of pouring the colour over at the end. Oh and there was a lot of waste!! I have long hair but I had well over half a bottle of each colour left (I actually wish I just used the roots colour on the ends and saved the other bottle for a second dye). I was annoyed to see this product had silk in it, my fault for not double checking it was vegan but silk is such a cruel ingredient, I appreciate you have a peta certification but I don’t see the need for such a cruel ingredient when there are so many vegan alternatives. 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
