Disappointed in color pay offI was very excited to try eSalon, but was disappointed in the results. The color I got was not what I expected and I made sure to follow the instructions very carefully. not a great color for the summeri asked for an adjustment on my color, i have done this before with good results but this color was way too dark, between this and the awful high lights - i was not impressed. i was going to my bf family for a baby shower, and this just looked terrible 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Not so "custom"I have been coloring my hair for a long time. I know what color to use but thought I'd give eSalon a try. I ordered the color closest to what I currently use but was disappointed there weren't more choices. I got a message from my "colorist" who said the color I ordered was too dark to go in one step so she changed my order to Strawberry blonde when I'm currently medium auburn. I replied that I did NOT want strawberry blonde but they sent it anyway. My hairstylist says if I use this product it will make my hair pink. Tried to call but they don't answer. My Go-to home dye kitI love the service and products, I’d stopped using home dye from the supermarket because my hair was being fried and frazzled, then I tried going to salons for a bit and honestly it wasn’t an environment I felt comfortable in, it was so expensive and my hair type wasn’t really understood (curly!), so I looked into home dye with professional colour and found a YouTuber with similar hair to me who swore by eSalon. I’ve never looked back since, I’ve changed the colour subtly a few times, I love the result so much. I am almost fully grey at 28, so I have to dye my hair every 3-4 weeks. So this really is the only option for me and I’m so happy to recommend it to anyone thinking of trying it. I recommend ordering the fully colour tools kit and learning how to use the brush. Love my Color!Iam so Happy with the color I got. It looks so natural and it's me. It definitely doesn't look like the over the count produces I have bought through the years. My sister whose a beatishion says it's perfect and to definitely keep it this way, it's so natural looking. Some of my natural highlights have come through which makes it so natural. Farbe ist nicht wie gewünschtDie Farbanwendung ist einfach und es ist ein super Set. Die Farbe ist gut und riecht angenehm. Farbintensität ist top. Quality decreased dramaticallyLats 2 batches were really bad. This last one in particular. Extreme pigment, so much more than other times and literally zero coverage. I actually want a refund. My grays are still showing which never happened before. Using this for years.
