100% Satisfied, They nailed it!The color matched me perfectly! It gave me color and vibrancy, and complimented my skin tone. I went from Drab to Fab! I loved the formula, no smell, no dripping, no hot roots. My hair came out better after the process than before. No hair loss, no harsh chemicals, the shine and depth of color is amazing. I have had no color fade! The communication from a REAL stylist was spot on. They answered me promptly, and were very helpful. That personal touch made me very confident about this process. Wow! Just WOW!May I thank you all 100%! I LOVED my color and the packaging was so sweet because it was personalized just for me. The instructions were very easy to follow and there was plenty of color even though my hair is just below my shoulders. No nasty odor and my hair was Rediculously soft and shiny!
