I ordered the following color: Hair Color 6.4 Light Golden Copper Brown What I received was a light Red Blonde that made my color Orange. I had to contact a hair stylist to correct the color. I will NEVER order from this company again. 6.4 is NOT Light Redish Blonde. I've Canceled my Auto shipment and will return any orders that are sent to me and I'm requesting a full credit. BeautifulFirst off, the service is impeccable and the colorists are all so kind and knowable. The package that I received was on par. I have dyed my hair before at home many times so it was not hard at all. The package had everything you would need, except for the mixing bowl, but you can manage with just the bottle or any small plastic bowl you have at home. The color was a little light and my grays were not all covered. But my colorist thought it might be light to begin with, after she saw my picture and told me to strand test before doing my whole head of hair (she actually called me to test before I received the package). And she told me that she would send me a new color after testing if it was too light. My hair after was also very soft after testing. I tested a bigger section of hair (than a strand test) on the side to actually see the color and it was not stringy after, like when I use store box color. I went online to my account and let my colorist know that I needed a darker color and more gray coverage. Waiting for a response... But overall I love it. And once the color is corrected and gray more coverable, I think I will continue the subscription. It is so much cheaper than going to a salon. I can do it at home at my own time without having to sit at a salon and drive back home and all that hassle. And the product is as good or even better than at a salon. It didn't damage my hair. Oh yes, their classic shampoo and conditioner that is in the box was so great. I think I will order that too. I would recommend 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

It didn't work on my hair ):I really wish it had worked for my hair, as I saw many compliments about the brand, but it didn't, it didn't cover gray hair as I thought it would, and it left my hair too dry. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
