Horrible doesn’t even describe itI took the quiz and told the company I have blonde hair with some brassy pieces I wanted to LIGHTEN. I received dark brown hair color and have completely messed up my hair. I don’t understand how they could get it so wrong. Colour was ok but affected hair.I was sent an alternative colour that I didn't want but had the opportunity to have my original choice which arrived 1 day later.
