Easy and AccurateThe questionnaire was comprehensive but simple to complete, the colour recommended to me was exactly what I was looking for. Application was a breeze (although I did get help with the back of my head as I was too nervous to attempt on my own) and the colour is vibrant and blended into my roots perfectly!
