1st color wrong and corrected color wrong.The first color I chose was a red copper. It was vibrantly red where it's pink in the sunlight and has a purple hue in shade. The second color they adjusted it to have less red and more orange. Still came out pinkish red. This at all isn't the firey ginger color that I've wanted and even explained to the color specialist. Didn’t come out the color expectedI dyed my hair 4 days ago with the kit and I was really excited to see my result and I was really disappointed. I see little to no changes. I most color i see is probably on my front hair line. I actually waited 15 minutes more passed the suggested time to wash off do the next step. I don’t know what else to say but this color kit give me the same result as the box color I can buy at any store.
