Great product, non existent customer careEverything is great until there is any issue you would need customer care team for. My order went missing and I already tried to contact them since last week and not even one reply. Always PerfectI love how if I don’t like the color a colorist will listen to me and adjust to my liking. ESalon is really the best all the way around. Tolle Farbe, geschmeidige HaareIch bin total begeistert von der Anleitung, dem persönlichen Paket und später auch von dem Farbergebnis.
