I love it. Unfortunately i get a red tint with any hair color. I was hoping for a miracle. It's much better but still a slight red tint

I don't get the coverage of my stubborn grey hair that I had hoped for, but overall the pluses of this product outweigh that one minus!

I am 65, have been coloring my hair since I was 16. This color doesn't fade, is easy to apply, better than any drug store products. I wish there was a way I could get 25% more product with each application. I have thick hair, and run out of product half way thru the back of my head.

Holds the color better and covers the grey better than the drugstore box. It also does not lighten out as fast.

I do love the quality of your hair dye. What's frustrating is that you don't send what we order! The color always comes out too dark! My medium brown comes out like black.

I love the color but with some of my hair turning white, it seems even harsher with dryness than other salon products. I am constantly compensating.
