Best home hair color experience everColorist, who handles the mixing of your custom color, really reads and listens to your comments. Directions for use are clear, concise and customized just for you. Customer service is very courteous and really bend over backwards to clarify and rectify any issues that you may have. Custom Hair ColorI've been using this color since September of 2012, and it is the by far the best hair color. I used to pay over $100.00 for hair color at the salon every month, and with all my gray hair (80%), I could often see a shadow of light through the hair color. NOT SO with eSalon!
