Brown color, requested blondeThis was the second attempt I made at ordering a blonde color to touch up my roots. I was again sent a brown color that made my roots darker than what I wanted. I'm a Scandinavian blonde so maybe I didn't make that clear and described my color as dark blonde or something. Regardless, after the 2nd time of trying the color, I had to go back to a professional salon and spend several hundred dollars to get it fixed. I like the idea of esalon, it's a great concept and I liked the customer service and no other complaints, they just don't have my blonde color. 119 sur 125 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
