End ResultI enjoy your products very much and your directions are very clear as to what to do. However, this time I have an issue with the outcome of my color. The night I colored my hair, everything was a beautiful color, but my ends on the bottom were still very dark, but I really didn't mind that so much. Disappointed in the colour resultLoved the packaging and quantity of product. My hair is also in great condition after colouring but unfortunately the colour is nothing like the swatch image when I chose it which was very disappointing. I followed the instructions to the letter but my hair came out very very dark with no hint of violet in it at all. color issuesSorry to say I was not at all satisfied with your product. I specifically said I did not want my hair to look red or have red tones and it does. The coverage of grays was poor.
