Covers GraysAlthough it does cover the grays, it takes two washes to completely wash the dye out of my hair. I really want to know how to get this dark color out.We were getting to the light copper color I wanted till the last mix. My hair is a dark auburn not at all what I wanted. Easy to do1. I had never colored my own hair and paid big bucks to have it done. I just thought that was just how it was done, till I tried eSalon. 2. I can now do it my self. Instructions came with the product and all the tools needed. 3. The best dye out there for covering grey hair and looking pretty longerLOVE IT! It does not take as long and it covers longer. I have long hair that is resistant to coloring and it worked! It took! My hair looks great and I look 10 years younger! No long hour of using cheap chemicals over and over. I use this one time and it works so well! I can change or communicate with a stylist to get little things even better and I don't mind paying a little more than the box.
