FriedI've only used one of the two colors I've received. I was sure I had timed the processing time accurately, but something went wrong because in the end I fried my ends. I must need a new timer. Revised Hair ColorAfter getting initial review from colorist, some adjustments were made and shipped. Damaged my hairI've colored my hair with L'Oréal Preference for nearly 20 yrs with no issues. I tried eSalon for better gray coverage, which I did get. However, it fried my hair. I wash my hair once a week and only use heat a couple times a month. I have always babied my hair and am terrified at what has happened.
