Perfect in every wayI absolutely love this service! I have been coloring my hair myself for several years, with products I buy at my local grocery store. I have always had to buy two boxes because my hair is very long. This includes enough product to completely color from roots to tips. The color is exactly what I wanted and they are very good to change when I want to lighten a shade. My hair is super soft and shiny. The best part is that you can schedule shipments, but they give you warning ahead of time. PerfectI have been using this product now for a while and can honestly say I wouldn't use any other. The colour is always perfect, looks fab,feels great with the luxurious shampoo and conditioner and the free gloves and stain guard just push it towards perfect. I have the product delivered to Europe. It always arrives on time. I love the fact that I can adjust the colour and am always given plenty of notice if I wish to do so and can contact my colourist at any time. The personal plan that comes with it is great too with clear instructions.
