Best color ever purchasedThis is the best color I have ever purchased. I have colored my hair by purchasing products from Beauty Supply stores and the color never matched. I was never able to duplicate the same color twice. Each time the color was different. I also had my hairdresser color my hair. It never came out the same twice. I would have 4-5 different colors at a time. It was horrible. This matched the color I already had and looked wonderful. I Love the ColorI decided after months of thinking about it, to finally try this. I put in all of my info and what I was looking for and waited to see. I always have to dye my hair a darker color because color seems to wash out of my hair within 2-3 weeks, so I was skeptical. I received my box and dived right in. The color came out a little brighter than I wanted, but I expected that because like I said color washes out of my hair. Two to three weeks later, it dimmed just enough. Leaves your hair feeling great!I believe it is hard to customize color without seeing someone personally. I felt that the color was too dark and it was probably based on a picture that I sent. It is hard to get the correct lighting in a picture to tell the true color of a person's hair. Other than the color issue, my grays were all covered and it left my hair feeling great.
