The color pulled too goldI tried adjusting it and I feel like the adjustment made may not even be what I was asking for. I like a color from the look book but I've called and messaged so much, I feel kind of like a bother. They did offer me a free color but if it's not the right color....what will that do? Great idea...but..Ordered the special offer for the first try. The whole concept is impressive,and professional. The colour was a good choice,and the whole packaging impressive,however my hair after the treatment was dry,very and hair looked dull.I did use the enclosed conditioner. It was suppose to be copperMy hair is red. My roots are much lighter than the rest of the hair. I followed instructions. I look horrible and the color is dark and not what I wanted at all. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
