Was nervous but followed instructions and really pleasedI was a bit nervous having read the reviews of some. I took my time reading through everything delivered and waited to apply when I wasn't going to be interrupted or rushed. I followed the instructions to apply to roots then emulsify to ends. Amazing Color at my Convenience, What's not to Love?Hair color is divine perfection. I love the liberty of using it at home as I have a busy schedule and sitting in a salon for hours on end every few weeks is not my idea of "Productive." The colorist are amazing at matching your color and I love the ability to fit coloring my hair into my schedule on a moments notice vs sitting in a salon. Loved colorHighlights just showed up in my hair. Great coverage. I don't know why I stopped receiving the second bottle to rinse through my hair. Was that part of the new formulation?
