Hard to apply, wrong color rootsI had to have someone help me with coloring my hair, Im not sure how I would have been able to do it myself. After the color was processed and washed and styled my roots are copper/reddish and my hair is light brown. Im not sure why my roots are so different. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Not What I Hoped ForI just did my roots, and while I do not think the problem is entirely eSalon's, I had problems with covering grays. The color is not quite what I wanted, and I am wondering if I misinterpreted "base" color in the initial questionnaire. I have very long hair and it was hard to do the roots. While this process did not hurt my hair, I did not get the beautiful results I hoped for, and I feel like for what I paid for everything, including tools, I could have just gone to my salon. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Good color but bad reactionI really enjoyed the color it gave me, i ended up using the dye three times, however on my third dye I had a horrible reaction to the product. I am only dyeing my dark hair darker and I had never dyed my hair previously but on my third dye my hair was falling out in clumps. no bald patches but insane fall out that it could clog a drain. Nicht mein TonSehr geehrtes eSalon Team. Leider muss ich mitteilen, das ich mit dem Endergebnis nach dem färben meiner Haare nicht zufrieden bin. Habe extra drauf angedeutet, das ich keinen rot/orange Stich möchte, drumm auch einen Farbton mit Asche aussuchte. Doch leider sind die Haare im rötlichem Ton. Auch hatte ich ein Foto mitgesendet gehabt, wo deutlich zu erkennen war, das die längen gefärbt und der Ansatz mein naturton ist (zwei unterschiedliche Farben).
