DisappointedThis was my first use and I have about 35% gray, especially around hairline. This did not cover the gray well, I had to use another haircolor 2 weeks after coloring with e salon. Did nothingI wanted to go a shade darker than my current color. My hair was med gold brown with highlights. I confirmed with a stylist before I got my color. It is the same color as it was and barely covered my highlights. Highly disappointed for the main reason I wanted to cover highlights and go darker again. 2 sur 2 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. ColorI was eager to try this product. I have two issues with this product. First, I placed my order for buy one get one, but when I received my product, I only received one bottle. I then called the company and asked them where was my other bottle. The Rep stated that since I was only doing my roots. I will not get another bottle. I then asked why wasn't that spelled out while I was ordering? I got no answer. Second, I put the product in my hair and left it on for the allotted amount of time, it looked great, but two weeks later grey hair started popping everywhere. That was a waste of money. I won't be purchasing this product again. If they improve it, maybe, I'll try it again, but for now, I'll go back to my store bought hair color. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
