My hair is ORANGE!!!My natural hair at the root is medium / dark blonde. I ordered the medium blonde color kit. I watched all the videos and followed the directions to the T. How did this happen? Color muy oscuroEste color que me ha mandado ustedes es muy oscuro y la diferencia entre el primer producto y éste que me lo ha mandado ahora es muy grande . Si no me puede hacer un color más acercado al primero que me envíe por lo menos el primero. Es que no me gusta tan oscuro. La primera ves ha sido genial solo que las canas se veía en una semana.
