Loved the root color, but the end color was too orangeI did a strand test of both colors just to be sure, and found that the end color was simply too dramatic for my taste. Terrible service, do not recommendI received my first order from ESalon-did not cover gray and what did cover turned brown hair blond! Esalon said I should throw entire contents out and would send me a new order. New order received-did NOT cover the gray and little that did turned red--back to zero. Told to throw it all out and they would gladly send new order with directions to keep dye on longer. New order arrived with NO brush! When I called to inquire, they said they don't supply brushes! Unzufrieden mit dem EndergebnisIch habe mir die Farbe ganz anders vorgestellt, ich bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Es ist viel zu rot und die Farbe von meinem Ansatz ist komplett anders als die Farbe in meinen Längen und das sieht einfach nicht schön aus. Meine Farbe wurde geändert, da geschrieben wurde meine ausgewählte Farbe wäre zu dunkel. Ich habe mich darauf eingelassen und eine andere Farbe zugeschickt bekommen.
