Kundenservice ingorantIch habe seit der Bestellung nur Probleme. Ich hatte bei der Auswahl und Beschreibung um Tönung gebeten. Geschickt wurde dauerhafte Coloration. 3rd time correcting - my hair is greenI really had high Hope's. I started with level 10 and asked to put some color back in. They sent me a filler and dark blonde, once processed my hair had a reddish, greenish tinted. I called, customer service was fantastic btw, but it took a whole 7 days to get "corrective" color. RedishFor the first time in years i did my root again, read all the reviews and i was worried of color being darker but unfortunately, it was in the redish tones.. which i don’t mind but not what i was looking with my highlights:( wont order again 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
