Not light enoughI ordered the lightest blond, I thought. Included a pic. Maybe I should have left the color in for 40 minutes instead of 30, but it came out significantly darker than I thought. It's okay, and I can live with it, but I do wish it was a lot lighter. Like I said, maybe I should have left it in longer. Do Not Use this productI specifically ordered from this company because they advertised the tone was superior to other box dye. I ordered cool blonde and it turned my hair orange ! I cannot get to the salon to have it fixed my hair looks terrible and I am stuck with it. This product did not perform as advertised. Do NOT Recommend 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Not what I wanted at allI was very surprised to receive only root colour. When I was asked about how I currently have my hair coloured in the salon, I answered highlights so expected that is what I would receive. Product didn't cover my white roots very well.I was a little disappointed that my white roots didn't take the color well. I'll give it one more try to see if it improves. Did not cover root greys.I have used esalon in the past and liked how it worked, however this time I was not happy at all. The main reason I color my hair is because of my grey hair and it did not cover all my grey, even though I left it on for longer. I was really unhappy and I chose not to order again.
