Great productI have no problem with the quality of the product. It last longer than any other product I have used. The only thing is I do not like automatic shipping I want to order each time at the time I need it. I requested to be removed form autoship and customer service did as I requested. Gave it away!My 16 year old recently dyed her gorgeous brunette head a fetching shade of aqua blue ... Last crazy days of being 16! Unfortunately for her new do, her workplace doesn't allow their employees to drastically alter their appearance so she quickly decided (2days later) that she needed to go back so I gave her a beauty treatment with my package from ecolor. A mother makes certain sacrifices for her daughter! The color (my color) was fantastic on her... Coverage great, tones beautiful . Now I'm in desperate need of my next shipment !!! Great color, great instructions and tips!I really enjoyed the color I selected. It applied easily to my roots, and following the advice of my stylist, I quickly and briefly scrubbed the color through my lightened ends to blend the colors nicely just before I rinsed it out in the shower. The one small negative (for me) is that I've been using the color safe shampoo and conditioner with this color, but it's still fading a bit quicker than other demi-permanent colors I've used; I think that has more to do with it being summer and time at the beach/pool is not helpful, so I don't particularly fault the color itself. Just note: if you really want to get a lot of longevity out of your non-permanent color (this is true for all non-permanent color), you have to take some protective measures before exposing to the sun and chlorinated water. Not impressedI've been using your hair color for some time, but I don't think it's any better than the store bought varieties. It doesn't last any longer or work any better in my opinion.
