Hair is dry and brittleFirst, when I set up my profile I stated I have very thick hair. The two sample size shampoo is nowhere near enough to wash out the dye. In addition, my hair has been dry and brittle after 2 try’s with your product. Sorry it didn’t work. You need to put another step in with a glaze for conditioning colored hair or something. Color did not really takeUsed this product 2 wks ago and it did not take as well as I thought. The greys are still visible and the color not as vibrant.
