Very impressedI was very impressed with eSalon and the colour was exactly what I asked for. I decided afterwards I wanted a slight change and it was easy to amend it online. I am confident that the colour I want will be achieved. My hair feels great and looks in fantastic condition. The only slight downside is that I thought the mixture really did smell very strong. Product ok color NOTExperience was ok but shade was DARK not Medium as requested. Definitely needed the stain remover pad which didn't work well -rubbed hard didn't even remove all as color very dark. I've colored for over 40yrs & never had trouble with removing color before. Nice, rich color for a whileI wasn't sure if the color I chose would be too dark, but I really like the color. I was hoping it would cover my pesky grays a bit longer, but after a couple of weeks, my hair started to get that sparkly gray loòk around the temples, and the color lightened a bit.
