HOW DID I NOT FIND YOU SOONER??!!I've been trying for this color for a solid 3 years. six professionals and 600 boxes of color later, I finally have it. I love everything you sent and am officially a lifetime subscriber. After Second formula I LOVE IT!!My first custom color on my virgin hair, barely took! 😢 So I sent a message and a photo and my colorist was able to match it spot on! They also sent me a complimentary glaze for my ends, but since the color didn't take on the first round, I wanted to ensure the vibrancy throughout and just used my hair color ONLY! So far, excellent coverage but a little dryingThe coverage is excellent for me, even my stubborn greys. At the salon the coverage sometimes isn't even as good as this is.
