IncredibleI followed the directions precisely how I was told and the color came out wonderful. After I colored my hair, a few days later I went to a salon for a regular trim and the lady trimming my hair asked me if it was my natural color. I told her no that I used ESalon and I did it at home. She said she had never heard of ESalon so I explained the process to her. She was very impressed at what a good job I had done coloring my hair at home. I told her to be impressed with ESalon because they make everything so easy for you that if you mess up it's because you didnt thoroughly read the directions. Getting thereMy hair is slowing becoming the color I want it to be. The eSalon color on my white-gray hair looks like a highlight but it looks like I have to grow out my old flat color so my hair is half and half now! Took A Couple Of Tries But Easy To Work WithThe first color I ordered pulled out to much red in my hair, but I requested a darker color and got a Very Fast response from the support team and changed the color and I am happy with the new color. What I would like to see is a color chart to choose from after I have ordered my first color. Hair feels terrible after useLove the color but it leaves a residue in my hair. Had to use a clarifying shampoo 3 times before my hair felt normal. The fumes also burn my eyes while coloring.
