Disappointing Customer ServiceColour “shipped” Jan 21. Package has not moved since that date. Contacted eSalon and they did nothing. Just told me to wait. Checked my order again Feb 13th and still has not shipped out of their warehouse. Understand it’s covid but my roommate ordered after I told her how good the colour is and she got her’s in 7 days. THREE WEEKS and my order has not been shipped. Cancelling my subscription. Very disappointed. Would have been so easy for someone to care just a little and make a call on my behalf to see why my order isn’t moving. Maybe spend less time on convincing me you care by printing my name on a card and actually care by making sure I get my colour. Color isn’t quite what I wantedThe overall color was just ok. I like the shade I had previous much more. Can’t really see any purple now which I had wanted to keep. Grey hair coverage was not like as beforeThis is the 2nd time i colored the roots of my hair and this time my hair color is not even covered even on the tiniest bits- it is still grey! I soaked my roots for about an hour ( same as what i used to do from the first time i changed the color of my entire hair and on the roots after 6 weeks ) it is such a big dissapointment. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Great colour. But didn’t last long.The customer service was amazing. Packaging brilliant. The colour result was the best I’ve ever had. Guten Deckung aber die Farbe gefällt nichtFarben deckt sehr gut genügend Inhalt. Die neue Farbe ist wieder zu dunkel. Irgendwie mag ich die Farbe nicht 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
