Not impressedThis is my second try using this product and I've been thoroughly unimpressed both times. First time I tried it the gray coverage lasted for only a few days. UgggghI asked for a neutral dark blonde base. It was too dark (a dark auburn brown) and too red. I told esalon. Their answer was to do highlights the lighten it up. I used their base color 3 times asking for lighter and less red each time. Every time it got darker and more red. And, I only did the roots. But this color spreads down the shaft on its own while you wait the allotted time. They’ve told me there is no way to fix the situation — only to go darker. If I had known that from the beginning, I would have chosen a much lighter base. I’m extremely disappointed with eSalon and my now dark copper hair. Anulacion de pedidoEn ningun momento solicite envios Regulares... Però me cobraron un Segundo pedido, que yo no solicite, les escribi pidiendoles que anularan la entrega, y me hizieran el abano, però que si llegaba la entrega la rechazaria, cómo asi hize la semana pasada... What went wrong?5 stars for ease to use, 1 star for the color. Hello. I ordered Ash Blond permanent color bundle through QVC promotion. This was the first time ordering color on-line, not using my stilist. I followed instructions provided. However, the color is all wrong. My virgin (not highlighted) hair is naturally a dirty blond with 15% gray color; after applying eSalon color mixture, I ended with strawberry blond with orange undertone. 2days later I washed my hair with shampoo for blond hair hoping it will neutralize the orange, but it did nothing to correct it. What am I supposed to do now?
