Awesome colorI had just found out that Revlon had discontinued my hair color, what's up with that! Then I found esalon online, a personal colorist sounded great,so I found a couple photos of the color I liked & described it in my own words. In a short time my color and so much more arrived! My color, directions, and cream to prevent color on my skin and a color remover for places I missed with the cream. I mixed and applied etc. I loved my soft beautiful red hair. I colored my hair several times with the same great results. As we changed seasons I wanted some changes to my color, I emailed my colorist, described the changes I was looking for. My next order brought those changes and a hair color I tailored to my specifications. I receive compliments regarding my hair daily. I am very pleased with eSalon and their customer service shipments on my time table, color changes as I need them and they stay connected thru emails regarding my thoughts on their service, and before they are due to ship my next treatment they inquire if I want any changes or products added. Great Product!!I have to say I was not expecting the results I got when I use this product but I have to say it was absolutely amazing! It arrived right on time and in a nice box. The directions were very easy and clear to understand. I love how the color turned out and it has lasted a lot longer than the box junk you get in the stores. I will definitely be purchasing from eSalon again!! Did not match color I requested.Awesome service. However was not pleased with final color. I submitted several pictures of the color of wanted but never came out lighter, always darker. And also did not cover the grays completely. Would've paid a private salon service for the same amount I ended up paying here after all the tries. Still grayThis product after several tries for the last few months does not cover my gray hair at my roots around my face. Color also washes out fast, even using their recomended shampoo and conditioner.
