Never thought I’d be this happy!I really wanted to change and was curious about esalon so I took a leap of faith. The application and instructions were so clear that my boyfriend (yes, a man) did it with ease! The colour was even bette than I could have hoped for and I am over the moon with my new hair colour!! It used to work nicely but then it stopped covering IIt used to work nicely but then the last year or so it stopped covering my roots. It just doesn't work anymore. I went to the website and requested a change to the color so that it actually works, if possible. I kept getting sent the same formula without Any change.
