Worked fineI liked the packaging and product design, but overal the dye was only a little better than cheaper store bought dye. It was also a lot darker than I wanted so I changed it after a few days even though the color was pretty. I would try it again if it really would save me money compared to a salon, but for a new kit + shipping + import costs (that I was not expecting since it wasn't mentioned anywhere) it is not worth it for me. It was terribleThey didn't listen to what I wanted. I have salt and pepper hair. I wanted a color lighter than my dark. Not a bleach, just a lighter color to just cover my gray. Then it looks frosted instead of salt and pepper. What I was sent made my hair black! I already look harsh enough. But the black hair made me more harsh! My family hated it. Color doesn’t lastColor came out great until about a week later it faded significantly. My colorist adjusted the color to try again but I’m not so sure. If it didn’t last the first time I don’t think a color adjustment will matter. I feel like it was drying on my already dry hair too. I’m bummed. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Too Light is allMy hair color wasnt what I was expecting. It was too light. I'm sure that was due to my explanation of the color I wanted. Because I wasn't satisfied with the color the wonderful people of eSalon and my most patient colorist Mindy are taking the time to make sure I am satisfied with my color by preparing me a new one. I am so thankful. I have tried one of eSalon's competitors and you just don't get the quality of care or product that you get with eSalon. They didn't even send the second color for your ends like eSalon does. So without the extra color I barely had enough to finish my entire head with the color they did send.
