Turned my hair brassy/red-orange!!!!!I asked for a lighter color and more gray coverage. The color I had previously wa LJ-06-15VOL. . It was never brassy... It was changed to LJ-07-20VOL. I hate the resulting color.. I'm cancelling my membership; I'll find a better color elsewhere. It's a shame, because my daughterr and I have been members for over 2 years now. DISAPPOINTING!. Great stuff! Great service!I love the personalised service. Make sure you send a photo so they have some idea of where you are now. I had a follow up email that helped determine the best colour for me. Used it 2 days ago and perfect shiny colour. They'll work with me if I gradually want to go darker. Perfect product!I can't say enough great things about my hair color. I always thought I had to go to a salon to get the right color for me, but you have proved me wrong! I have been using eSalon for a couple of years and I love not only how easy it is to use and to change colors, but after losing my job, it's a huge relief that I can color my hair without a huge hit to my budget.
