Colour does not match my brief. I asked for natural and my colour is fake copperI’m actually embarrassed by the colour of my hair now. It looks awful. It’s Darker and with a cheap looking fake copper colour which is much more pronounced where I have greys. It looks purple on my hair line. I asked for a natural looking auburn colour. Now I have 2 toned hairNot only did it NOT cover the gray, but I didn't get enough hair color in my latest order, which was a lighter color. Now the top looks unnaturally light, and the ends are darker. I'm going to have to start wearing a hat! I feel like this was done to me personally.
