I wanted a shade lighter. It made my hair a shade darker instead.I have medium/dark brunette hair. I wanted a shade lighter, went with ash dark blonde. This "blonde" turned my brunette hair darker by a shade or two . I made sure to follow all the instructions, but have a darker result. change in color?The last color that I received and used, did not come out the normal color. Instead of having my normal red/copper color it turned out to be a very odd light brown. I wish I had been able to do something about it before I used it. The color in the bottle was a very light gold. Not my normal shade. Will you please look into what happened. Thank you very much.
