Love the color! But grays still here!!I was very excited for this product coming in as I have been dealing with gray hair for a while I followed the instructions according to the box and did everything it said to do but still have lingering grey. Not impressedI planned to lighten my dark brown hair, and cover grey. Despite adding photos I received a light brown colour which made my hair darker and covered the natural highlights in my hair, rather than being multi dimensional. I sent a message to customer service about this as I would like to be reimbursed before trying any further hair colours. I've received no response, and having washed my hair three times the colour appears to be fading. Too dark, warm & too brassy - I have regretsIs it better than boxed dye? I didn't think so. The kit materials themselves (gloves, stainguard, etc) were nicer, but I saw no difference in the dye product itself. I had stopped dyeing my hair about 7 years ago and I wanted a color match to blend in my greys. I have light, ashy, cool toned brown hair. What I got was too dark, too warm and too brassy. To be fair, it's okay, just not at all what I wanted. Sigh. Now I'm stuck wondering how orange this is going to be as it fades out.
