Almost ThereJust used my first color from eSalon, light blonde. The color is pretty but darker than expected, almost a medium brown. Can't wait to try the next color. Requested a true medium blonde. Regardless of color, product was great. Love the personalized instructions and received outstanding customer service. Look forward to future business. Back after 3 year hiatus!Frustrated by the inconvenience of appt schedules at my hair dresser during and after the holidays, I decided to give esalon another try. They were always good before, but I didn't get the little extras I could with my hairdresser (like gloss.) All I had to do was ASK! Esalon provided me with a complimentary trial of their GLOSS!
