not so crazy about my last shipment after color changeI'm still trying to get to the color I need. I sent in a request for alterations, but the color that was sent on Jan. 24th was worse than the previous one. The color was more one dimensional, and even more reddish/coppery tones than the previous one. Never going back to the salon!I was so skeptical at first but thought it was too good of a deal to pass up. So I tried it and I was so happy I did! I got so many compliments on my color I was just laughing at how easy it was. I uploaded a picture of my current hair color with my profile and the stylist emailed me quickly to let me know I did not choose the right color.
