Not satisfiedThis time wen I purchased my colour I thought it was way to dark for my completion. The colour was darker than previous time . I was more auburn than copper. It was not what I was expecting - lovely colour but only enough for my rootsI will admit that I was sick when I ordered this, so I was not 100% myself, but when it came in the mail I was excited to try it. I thought I had ordered colour for my overall hair, but when I opened the instructions it said it was for my roots only. I did this and I love the colour, but I would like it for my whole head, not just the roots (it is close to my natural colour so it doesn't look too obvious). I am having trouble changing what I order though, and am finding the site confusing. If I was just rating based on the colour, it would be 5 stars, but I feel there has been a bit of a lack of transparency, and when I returned to try to order enough for my whole head everything that keeps coming up is about reordering the same thing which I don't want to do, so 3 stars for now. Changed from reddish to dark blonde.....I was pretty satisfied with this color. I love the actual color but there are still little tiny hues of red - nothing to make me angry though.
