Accurate, great customer service, fun kitThe color experts accurately created a color meant for me. I requested a darker color but they analyzed my photo, answers to profile questions and suggested a lighter color which looks amazing and more natural. I emailed a few questions to them and received a phone call about 2 days later from an actual representative who answered my questions in great detail. Very personalized service. The kit is pretty neat and includes everything you need. Much better quality than shelf brand hair color. Very Disappointed Following 1st Time UseI didn't have much but was becoming more conscious of the scattered grey, especially in my fringe so decided to give eSalon a go instead of booking an appointment at my local salon. I couldn't be much more disappointed as the coverage was virtually non existent. Add to that the fact the lovely sheen my hair had immediately after applying the colour only lasted a week and all I've achieved is having to wait 3 months before the local salon can apply a professional colour for me. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Two different colorsSO i've used eSalon a few different times. When I called after receiving the new color and having the two colors be VERY different I was told it was to help match my roots and my ends because they take color on very different. I followed the instructions and after it was finished and washed 2 times my roots and ends are VERY different colors. I'm not happy with these last shipment at all. I remember the last time I colored my hair it came in one bottle and I used it all over and it worked perfect. Good Product not the right ColorMy hair has significantly lightened since I began using Esalon. It is almost all white and grey now. The color you sent is just too dark. Even after asking a couple of times to have it lighter, it is still too dark.
