Color way darker than expectedI was hesitant to start dying my hair because I never had before and I liked my natural color. I attempted to get as close to my hair color as possible and asked my friends their opinion and they all said medium brown was closest to my hair color. It took me a couple of months to but the bullet and dye my hair. The color looks to me like the darkest brown, not medium at all. I’m disappointed in how off it looks from the photo in the color finder. The positive is that my hair feels amazing. Tried to cancel orderI am very disappointed with this company,I cancelled my order twice and both times it has been ignored ali have just been charged nearly £28 again something I cannot afford.
