My Hair looks AWESOME!At first I was a little leery about trying it, but the box arrived, and it was packaged so professionally that I was impressed. I waited for about two weeks then I took my package into the bothroom and went to work. I followed all the instructions and after I washed it all out and styled my hair.... WOW is all I could say!! Love the product!I'm in my mid 40s and whites are starting to show and until I tried this product I was spending $150 or more coloring and highlighting. I decided to give it a try as this was my first time doing it myself and I absolutely love it! I like the quality because it covers really well and it lasts, love the presentation and love the costumer service. Since my first order I had to adjust the color and they did an amazing job. Second review/PADDLE BRUSHI loved this brush SO MUCH, BUT--the bristles over the center 2/3 of the surface keep retracting into the brush! I do NOT want a different kind of brush after discovering this one(even my 9y/o granddaughter immediately goes for this so Grammy can brush her long platinum blonde hair) we all LOVE the smooth silky shiny hair without pulling-- feels so AWESOME!! With that being said I am so disappointed with the pushed in bristles!! I can easily pull them out, but with 1-3 brush strokes they go back in & I can't figure out a way to fix this. Brushing hair becomes tedious rather than enjoyable! I read the reviews and noted Joyce, Cassie, Heather, & Lianne had the same problem so I know you are aware of it & working on fixing it-- have you found a fix for this??*** ###Or are my two WONDERFUL BRUSHES essentially useless??
