Colour disaster!I requested a vivid red colour and now have very BROWN hair. I have coloured my hair red for over 20 years and have never been so disappointed in a product. Custom colour????? Just okThe color that was put together is what I expected from the feedback I was given despite trying to communicate that I would need a bit more. Perfect results - ALWAYSI have been using this service for several years now and have been 100% satisfied with every color application. Even my stylist is impressed with how healthy my hair is and the quality of the color. They want to know what brand eSalon uses :-) Shipping is perfect, the site is easy to use and any time I have wanted an adjustment it has been smooth sailing. The communication is outstanding. So many complimentsIt took a few dyes to completely cover my old crappy box-dye red color but even from the first time I used esalon I have had waiters, people on the street, coworkers, and old friends tell me how much they love this color. It's perfect for my skin tone and it doesn't bleed on towels or sheets like many red dyes do. I was a skeptic...I have used hair color for years but found I was having to color more frequently as my gray roots did not seem to absorb the color well. So, I took a chance on this product. I was skeptical that the color would be right (it was!) or that the product would cover better (it does!). It has now been 3 weeks since my first color experience and I don't have to touch up yet!! my gray is coveredI am new to hair color till I looked in mirror I looked as old as my mother. This is the 3rd time I colored my hair. One turned orange and one covered my gray for 2days.
