Thick oily residue and color not consistentI tried three times. They adjusted the color the second time and the third one has a blue gray tinge. I thought the shampoo and conditioner were causing the thick oily residue that would not wah out with three washings so I tried it without using the shampoo and vonditioner and it is so thick my hair will not dry all the way after washing it twice. I don't want to dry it out like I did last time by washing with dawn dishwashing liquid so I am letting it wear off, keeping my hair in a bun. Terrible product for meI really wanted this product to work. We always do when we buy from off the web and believe what we read. This product made my hair brittle and dead. No shine or bounce. Within a couple of days my hair begin to fall out. I have been dying my hair off and on since I was 16. I am 65 now. So it isn't like I don't know how to use a coloring product. I am praying my hair will recover. My friends are asking what did I do to my hair. So what this product has done to my hair is very noticeable.
